You can delete your Sniffo account and its data at any time, from the app or by email.
Delete it in the app
- Open Sniffo and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately and can’t be undone.
Can’t access the app?
Email privacy@sniffo.ie from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Sniffo account”. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your login, profile and profile photo.
- If you are the only member of your workspace: all of its clients, dogs, photos, bookings, invoices, blocked dates and your public booking page.
- If other team members remain: your account and membership are removed, and the business records stay with the rest of the team. The owner of the workspace can remove them.
What may be kept for a short time
- Abuse-prevention records (IP or email address and a counter): deleted automatically within 30 days.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
